Pre-Pregnancy Support: For individuals and couples planning to conceive, I focus on fertility concerns, body image, and overall health. Together, we’ll create a plan to promote mind and body wellness.

During Pregnancy: Pregnancy brings unique pressures and changes, which can be particularly overwhelming for those with a history of disordered eating. In therapy, I focus on strengthening your relationship with your body, managing anxiety, and ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

Postpartum Care: The postpartum period often brings its own set of challenges, including adjusting to body changes, hormonal shifts, and the demands of parenting. My goal is to help you prioritize self-care and embrace this new chapter.
